First club night of the 2026/27 season
Racing every Friday from 5.30 pm at the Samford Pool.
Christmas break
No club nights over the Christmas school holidays.
Bronte Barratt Shield 2026/27
Our annual friendly team carnival with invited clubs.
Distance events (200m and 400m)
Run before the normal program on selected club nights.
Club Championships 2026/27
End-of-season championships at the Samford Pool.
Presentation Night
Trophies, perpetual plaques and season awards.
BBQ and volunteer roster
Every family is rostered on to help at least once during the season, with set-up, BBQ cooking and serving, and pack-up. Our Volunteer Coordinator sends the roster out well before your week so everyone has plenty of notice.

Wet weather
Club nights go ahead in light to moderate rain. If there is lightning, racing stops and resumes only after 30 minutes without a flash, under the Swimming Queensland lightning policy. The committee may cancel for driving rain, ongoing storms, high winds or cold, and will let members know through the private Facebook group.
